Because when you start to experience working in a fast pace kitchen, its important to know that by working with other students anyone can pass finals. This class is the best way to learn this important lesson about cooperating with other students to study for finals.
What I learned in this course is how to properly use a knife, and remember how to cook a recipe correctly and professionally. When a final comes up, I had to study hard on everything I learned in class in order to perform well to my instructors.

Advice for students:
Make sure to remember your foods well when you are grabbing ingredients you need for your dish. Practice everyday so you can get better at cooking any recipe without having to use a textbook. Do not quit even if you do not stop trying, fight hard and succeed.
