Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend because it will give you a political insight, critically thinking ability, and mutual respect among people while in debate.

Small group debate is the highlight. I learned many different political perspectives and learned to speak up while listening with respect.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Have an enthusiasm and determination before you take this class. Be ready to shape your own ideas and thoughts.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course for a Calvin student because it completes a core requirement! It is not time consuming and a breeze to pass with only two classes every week. Prof. Pelz tells you in advance what will be on the test so you will always be prepared.

    Course highlights:

I gained a greater knowledge of American Politics and cases that have impacted American History.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes because 9/10 what he says will be word for word on the test in forms of questions. I also took voice recordings just to make sure I did not miss any key details.
