    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very informative about the intricacy of the cell. It promotes delving deeping into the body, and connects the different aspects of the cell very coherently. It is difficult, but really challenges the student to absorb information, not just regurgitate it.

    Course highlights:

The labs were definitely the highlights of this course because they displayed information in a very hands on way. Learning about cells via lecture is very informative, but actually looking at cells and doing experiments with them is much more helpful. I enjoyed that this course offered up a lab opportunity.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

This course is a very good course, but it is hard. As a student, it is your responsibility to absorb the information, and in order to do that, I firmly believe that you have to review the material every single night. I would advice students to set aside 30 minutes every day, separate from the daily homework, to read of past tests and quizzes and notes in order to further absorb the information.
