Healthy Lifestyles is an amazing class to take even if you are not pursuing a health major. Staying healthy in college is extremely important to help get through classes and study time each day. This course definitely is beneficial when learning health risks, a diet, exercise routine, and prevention of illness. This course is an easy A and influential on a positive and healthy future.
I learned different types of exercises and the best foods to eat, health risks and preventions from increased intake of fats and non nutricient foods, and how to stay on the right path. I also learned certain illnesses following the prevention and causes such as cancer, strokes, heart disease etc. I learned a lot on how to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy routine that will help increase my attention in each of my classes.

Always take notes and attend the class because the tests are over 3 huge chapters at a time. However, the professor gives the questions that are on the test straight out of the study guide in which are contributed in the notes word for word.
