Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This public speaking class was extremely informative and helpful! It was a great confidence boost because the professor was very up-beat, encouraging, and knew a lot about what he was teaching the class. He was well-prepared and taught the class valuable tips and tricks.

    Course highlights:

I started this course terrified of speaking in front of an audience but by the end of it, I had become very comfortable speaking to the class about a research topic. Along with that, we could not read a speech from a paper, we had to memorize it. This made sure we knew our stuff and I'm grateful the class was done that way because I'm more comfortable and knowledgeable.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you keep up on the homework assignments. Staying on top of assignments is one of the best things you can do because he moves quickly through material and you'll be less stressed in the long run. Also, practice your speech out loud. The speaker will get a better sense of what sounds better, they'll sound better prepared, and it makes them feel more confident.
