    The highlight of this course was having professionals emphasize the importance of obtaining a career that coincides with your passions. Most people in the Recreation Department choose to manage recreational activities because they want to create memorable experiences for others.

    Great professor, great class and covers a broad spectrum of recreation.

    Course highlights:

    Many different speakers came in and talked about their journeys along with the highs and lows of their careers.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    100% take it. Even if you don't think you want to go into recreation, it is an amazing class to show you what the major has to offer or even if you wanted to minor in it.
