Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course will satisfy the curiosity of any history buff. The content is informative of past cultures, yet also relevant to modern times. The professor, Jennifer Mower, is always enthusiastic about the material, and always eager to help her students comprehend the material and succeed in her course.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course is learning about the Renaissance. As a fashion major, I found the historical context applied to dress to be endlessly fascinating and inspiring as far as fashion design goes. I really enjoyed studying Marie Antoinette and reading Queen of Fashion to learn more about her life and how her style affected the socio-political atmosphere of France.

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to when assignments are due. It's easy to fall behind, because of the constant papers and weekly journals. Lastly don't wait until the last second for your assignments, everything is always due on Friday at 5 pm, assignments are long and will take time and effort.
