    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The lab to matlab is so much better than the actual class. I recommend signing up. It is a pass/fail class, but you will actually learn matlab. The assignments are just skimming the book and answering simple questions. The TA will help you will any questions or assignments you have.

    Course highlights:

The TAs are very helpful. They will try to explain anything has confused you in class.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the zybooks. It is really easy and does not take much time. It will actually show you how to use matlab.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a required course for chemical engineering, so I would VERY highly recommend it if you want to be a chemical engineer

    Course highlights:

This is one of the most time consuming courses that you will take as a chemical engineer. I learned time management, how to collaborate with fellowship students, and how to survive without sleep.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to sit down and work for hours straight. I don't care how smart you are, it is about showing work. Skipping steps will cause you to lose points on homework.
