    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Super hard. Not helpful. Makes you feel dumb in class for asking questions and goes over material too fast.

    Course highlights:

I learned excel and access but it took until the end of the course and lots of time spent trying to figure out things that could be easily explained by her.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you attend class and have time to sit and work on the work every day even after class because if not you will get behind quick.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

and compare the college town/campus environment to no end with Athens,

    Course highlights:

Tuscaloosa, Gainesville, Baton Rouge and other cities/towns with SEC schools.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Their moral superiority complex (and yes, subtle racial segregation) is what frustrates me more about Auburn than anything else.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is pretty straight-forward. The professor sticks to the syllabus, but coming to class is a must. Much of the coursework is demonstrated on the computer in either PowerPoint, Excel, Access and while you might know how to do most of it, there is almost always a new skill or a new way of saying something that will be tested on that you will not be familiar with. Dr. Viscelli is also willing to help if you go to office hours and will answer questions in class.

    Course highlights:

I learned a few Excel shortcuts and formulas in this class that have proved to be very helpful in my career. I have been much more efficient with projects for other classes as well as at the accounting firm I interned at.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class. Practice with the professor as she teaches. Ask questions. Do not wait until the last minute to start the projects.
