    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

While I found the subject of Aerodynamics and fluid flows to be incredibly interesting, I don't believe the course is handled well. I have numerous misgivings with the way the Aerospace Department operates: chief among them the teaching paradigms used. Ahmed was frequently dodgy/evasive about what tests would look like, and would often focus on material that wouldn't be useful until "grad school". This is in light of the fact that he had never bothered to poll to ask who was/wasn't going to grad school in the first place.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of interesting things about vortex flow, which I found to be the most interesting topics of the semester. Additionally, the parallels from electrodynamics (Biot-Savart law, e.g.) were really fascinating.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Teach yourself ahead of time, practice the book homework extensively. Don't bother asking about when the test is, as he will dodge the question repeatedly.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Necessary and valuable for Aerospace engineering. Otherwise, I would not recommend to any other discipline.

    Course highlights:

Learning about air flow, aerodynamic forces, designing planes, and how to study more effectively.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Master and know the concepts until they are second nature and how the interact with one another Take notes and ask questions Find someone you can study/work with
