    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Cell Biology is now required by Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine. Sorentino is a very tough professor, but his lectures are animated and dynamic. You will learn a lot in his class regardless if you do well on his tests. In order to do well on his tests, you must study, a lot. You must not every mechanism he talks about in class to the smallest detail.

    Course highlights:

You will learn more about the mechanisms of cell biology than you ever imagined. I believe the most fascinating lecture was the one about the kinesin and the role it plays in eukaryotic cell organelle organization and vacuole transportation.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study every night. You have to study for the quizzes in the same amount of detail you would study for a test.
