    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Buskist works hard to keep you on your toes and pushes you to succeed in his class. There are times when the work load seems like it's too much, but Dr. Buskist only assigns work that he believes his students can handle. His love for teaching and faith in his students are seen in class when he actively tries to engage with his students and in office hours, when you need help. Go talk to him! He only wants your success.

    Course highlights:

The biggest thing I gained from this course was my ability to critically think about topics in psychology. Dr. Buskist works hard to keep his students engaged and in the loop with his academic jargon and metaphors. Dr. Buskist also taught me how to work with others in a way that emphasizes our strengths and bolster our weaknesses. Again, this class might be hard work, but it's well worth it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to talk to Dr. Buskist about things you don't understand or need help with - whether it's in class or in office hours. He is always happy to help!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The 8 point scale is something to be wary of if you're work-averse. While the course has a lot of work, it can be easily managed if you don't wait to study and work on the various assignments in advance. I recommend doing all optional assignments. You will regret not doing them otherwise.

    Course highlights:

This is a great introduction into the depths of research methodology that psychologists use. It's a fun and interesting class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study frequently, work ahead of schedule.
