    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a requirement, we all know. Do actually read the chapters and complete the homework -- it'll help you ace some generally-speaking easy tests and the exams. If you fail to read the chapters and go to class, it'll put a dent in a grade that honestly should be an easy A.

    Course highlights:

Taking care of your body as you move on as an adult

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your homework and don't do it an hour before class.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is required for all students and as you may know, required core classes are a drag. Marty Mara made the class straight forward while being fun and adding humor to the course.

    Course highlights:

I didn't learn anything new because I already have a passion for health and wellness. However, this class would be beneficial for all students to know how to take care of themselves throughout life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do you homework and read the text. This goes for all classes. If you want to be successful in college your effort is crucial.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was easy, but it was also boring.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to keep a better diet just by cutting down on my sugars. Also, a little exercise each week can go a long way.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the reading. There are a lot of terms you need to know.
