    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it gives an in depth look into technical writing and the importance of it. It helps you learn how to communicate effectively via email, memos, proposals, and etc., taking into consideration your tone, language, audience, amongst other things.

    Course highlights:

After taking this course, I gained more knowledge concerning email etiquette. I also learned about who your audience is and how some audiences are considered highly technical, semitechnical, and nontechnical. Furthermore, I learned that it is important to identify your audiences cultural background as that plays a role in how you address your audience.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be flexible with your time, as you will have group and individual projects. I definitely recommend reading or at least scan the chapters for a greater understanding of the subject.
