    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Professor a Casper is incredibly enthusiastic and definitely cares about her students. Although her course is difficult, if you are persistent and do all the required homework and studying, the class is really fun and interesting.

    Course highlights:

I now have general knowledge of biology. Professor Casper glides through each topic, but also makes sure every student is on the same page and knows what is going on.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always study! Professor Casper puts her lecture videos online, so definitely look at those and always come to class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. J (not the basketball player) is extremely passionate about the subject of biology. I became a biology major because he made me excited about it. I have never had a better teacher or mentor than Dr. Jamin Eisenbach.

    Course highlights:

I learned about me. Biology is all about how you work and why things happen the way they do. I don't know what could be more fun than learning about your own body and everything that goes on in you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get ready to study, but all the knowledge you will gain will stick with you for years.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She was amazing! I've had this class once and failed it, but with this professor I passed easily with a B+. She is very helpful and very interactive with the students. I promise you taking this professor will be the best decision for you.

    Course highlights:

Learned about DNA, RNA, and the comments that make up a cell body. Also discussed cellular respiration

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pat attention to all the notes, and go to the SI sessions if you feel even the slightest bit lost because it is very easy to get behind in this course.
