    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Sociology is the study of the development, structure, and functioning of human society. Also defined as the study of social problems. Sociology is important because it helps in solving social and international problems, gives better perspective into crime, helps in the study of institutional roles and in the understanding and planning of society. Sociology is basically defined as a study of individuals in relation to their society.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that it prepares you for a lifetime of change by developing one's appreciation of diversity, love of learning, writing and study skills, and knowledge base about human behavior, social organization, culture, and social change. Sociology helps us look more objectively at not only our society but other societies as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    STUDY ACTIVELY. PUT IN AT LEAST 8 HOURS ASIDE FOR READING AND HOMEWORK. ATTENTIVELY TAKE NOTES. KEEP UP AND STAY ORGANIZED.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Pay attention to what he strongly talks about, and take great notes!

    Course highlights:

    How society is all intertwined in a crazy type of system that you might not have realized was even real.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Listen to everything the professor says, and take great notes!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    It's a very difficult class for visual learners.

    Course highlights:

    I did gain a few things though; I learned many different perspectives on the world and why things are the way they are.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to study and write lots of notes fast!
