Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It helps you get into the mindset that presenting to a crowd isn't as scary as you think. You learn how to present information in a logical order and how to add enough fun or humor to not bore people to sleep whilst presenting.

    Course highlights:

I learned that you can come up with a presentation on the spot however it will never be as well presented as one that you have really done your research for. I also learned that a nice slideshow can make a world of difference when keeping an audience interested.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pick topics that you actually truly enjoy, that way when you have to spend hours research, compiling and practicing, it won't seem as dull. also pick topics you wish your peers would learn about, from showing compassion for a certain group of people to appreciating the hard work of the career you wish to go in, you make actually get them to change their views a little.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Overall it was a fun class and I learned a lot. I am normally not a public speaker type and this class helped a lot with that.

    Course highlights:

I learned that the audience is not there to tear you down and that most of the time they're their to support you because they know how it feels to be up there speaking on front of people.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your work and try to actually take something from this class instead of just trying to get through it as fast as possible.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the sections she tells you to. It really does help in the long run.
