Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is one of the best courses I have ever been in. Kaky has a lot of insight into bar and beverage management. She not only brings in almost a dozen speakers to share their work and skills with us, we are also able to try beer, wine, and liquor while in class!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about managing the cost and ordering of beverages in a resort or restaurant setting. I learned a lot about costing individuals products out in order to find the appropriate cost of selling a drink. This classes is a lot of work outside the classroom but it is definitely a fun and refreshing class to take.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have fun with it but make sure to do all the assignments outside of class. Also go to any of the extra credit opportunities she offers!
