Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Dr. Thomas makes Chemistry fun and engaging! The tests are not hard and he provides you with detailed study materials!

    Course highlights:

I gained a greater appreciation for the study of Chemistry. I learned about the elements and their configurations, the periodic table, and the real-world applications of Chemistry! I found this course to be very interesting!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read the textbook thoroughly, answering the questions throughout each chapter. Also answer the questions at the end of each chapter that are recommended by Dr. Thomas. Study with a friend, too! It helps to talk about the material and explain why/how you get the answers you get!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He is a brilliant man; however, he cannot explain things very well. his notes are theoretical and it is kind of hard to follow along. If you take this course with this professor you really need to have a solid grasp on chemistry or you will be really behind. His quizzes are horrendous! You better hope you understood the lesson that day because 9/10 times you are going to have a quiz over it. There is a lot of online work as well. Be prepared to teach yourself.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of chemistry but it was a struggle to do so. It is a lot of self teaching and late nights studying. You need to be prepared to not sleep. It opened my eyes and make me get my life together and become a better student.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You must go to tutoring unless you are a genius. They are so helpful and if you go, they give you a practice test for each test. Know the material like the back of your hand. If you do not, you are in for a treat. His test are really hard and slightly confusing. Good luck.
