    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course is mandatory but I would recommend it for anyone entering college and already in college. I would recommend it because it gives you useful resources, organizations, and free stuff!

    Course highlights:

Free stuff! Free stuff was the highlight of this course. It was the highlight because when you are a college student, most of the time you are on a budget and anything free will help.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Time management! Keep a planner or use your phone. You will need to keep track of all your assignments and when they are due. We are not in high school anymore. Professors do not tell you when to turn your work in.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a requirement for all freshmen. But the truth is I do not like this class. Now, the class is designed to help you better understand yourself and your school. But the vast majority of the information is redundant and unnecessary.

    Course highlights:

I learned about my college life from former college students and perfessers. I hate to say it, but there were not many highlights as far as this course is concerned. If I could have gone without it I would have. But it was a decent way to get three credit hours.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just pay attention and read the book. It is not interesting and not fun but it is worth it in many aspects. Get to know your classmates, knowing your classmates can help you when you have questions.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The Professor is pro-active and really cares about his students. Although his teaching may not be by the book, he is an amazing teacher and understands the struggles of college.

    Course highlights:

Transiting from high school to college can be difficult but this class teaches that as long as you are focused, it is very much possible.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have fun, stay focused, and remember why you applied to college to begin with!
