Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

A foreign language is something the high schools of the Unites States generally don't teach with very much success, yet it's such a crucial life skill. French is an exceptional tool that will open more doors than one might expect. It's a language spoken on nearly every continent, so for those who dream of world travel, consider it an incredibly helpful lexicon.

    Course highlights:

I learned an immense amount of vocabulary, grammar, and culture. It is more intense than French 101 in the way you begin to get into more difficult conjugations, tenses, and grammar rules, but they are worth the time it takes to start to soak them in. The text as well as the class time and work all are pertinent and helpful in remembering everything. My favorite highlights of the course are the extra cultural lessons that Madame Haney will share with the class in the form of stories from all of her trips to France and neighboring nations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It can be a course that may get difficult from time to time, but if you love the language or you have aspirations of traveling, I promise you it is worth all of the time and effort. It is an amazingly rewarding class.
