Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Never before have I took a class that pushed me to the edge of my intellect. It is quite rewarding.

    Course highlights:

I took away logical and analytical tools that I can apply to my healthcare and nursing discipline. Memorization alone is only minutely useful, but practicing critical thinking can be the most fruitful.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Be specific. Do not brush over concepts with blind confidence. Record lectures and question the significance of every detail to fill in the big picture. Three steps to success: gather all the lecture information, analyze all the lecture info, and memorize all the lecture info.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

While the class is interesting, the professor is very rude to students and enjoys critiquing students on their answers. He especially likes to do this in front of everyone during class time. I spent about 40 hours a week studying to help teach myself the material as he tries to make material ambiguous.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to motivate myself to study and teach myself concepts, but this course taught me that sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you will not be able to get s great grade.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

make sure to attend every class, and visit office hours every single week! Make sure to come up with questions to ask as well and do all the reading, and review it frequently. Recording lectures is also helpful.
