    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you are a psych major this course is very important. It opens up so many ideas and debates about what we think we know about the information we are presented with. We talk a lot about human behavior but we usually study only one type of people. It is important to understand how culture can influence us.

    Course highlights:

You learn about how Americans behavior compares around the world. It is also interesting to learn what behaviors are universal around the world and what behaviors are culture specific. No matter what University you attend this should be a general education class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you go to class and listen to the lecture there should be no problems. The homework is light and interesting to complete. It raises a lot of questions and it is best to visit office hours for further explanation.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because even if you are not a Psychology major you will still discuss interesting topics such as morality, development, stereotyping and prejudice and gender roles.

I learned several things from this course such as the importance a society and culture play in our development and thinking. Also, how different culture contribute to our differences and there is no set of rules for one culture.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to class everyday. Participate in the discussions and read the material and you should do great.
