    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

He is very caring for his students. If you go up to him and talk to him after class he is very understandable and considerate about different situations. He wants to see his students succeed. He is one of the best professors I have ever had. Just an all round great professor. I highly recommend him.

    Course highlights:

He taught us different things about our bodies and how we should stay fit. He showed how applicable it is to everyday life. But he makes it so interesting! You never get bored with him. He knows how to teach and relate it to us. He also says that its not a good day without a laugh so he makes sure we laugh at some point during his class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you pay attention in lectures and show up you will do just fine. A lot of the course points are based on attendance and fitness hours. As long as you put that effort forth you should have no reason to not succeed in it.
