Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It really depends on the professor you get for this class. They all seem to have different expectations and requirements. Honestly, it wasn't very hard for me as I have always loved writing and research. Be prepared to write more than you think you will.

    Course highlights:

Glo was one of the best teachers I have ever had! She's inspiring, fun, and really pushed my writing to a whole new level. This is not an easy class, but she really worked to make all of her students find their own writing voice with ease. I got to spend the whole semester writing about the environment, beauty, social justice, and the Transcendentalists because that was what I was interested in. The reading material was interesting in that Glo always picks books that are currently relevant.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't leave your essays until the last minute! It's so much easier if you craft it in smaller chunks. Also...EDIT, EDIT, EDIT. Editing is your best friend.
