Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Absolutely! she was a wonderful professor and helped greatly with my studies. it would be my first choice for an intro to chemistry course

    Course highlights:

it helped me review the basic ideas of college level chemistry, and even taught me more about atoms on the quantum level than i previously knew

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't slack! it's always much harder to try and make up for assignments already missed than what you could've done earlier. chemistry is a complex subject, don't expect to understand it all immediately. take the lab with it as well, the lab helps to round your paper experience with on-hand experience.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is needed for most majors and the Professor is awesome. She really wanted you to learn and took pride in teaching every day. Even though the materiel was pretty tough for most people she made you feel relaxed and feel like you could do it. This Professor also made the course material interesting and easy to remember by relating it to real life things in your house like water softeners.

    Course highlights:

I learned that even if the class is tough and hard to pay attention sometimes. You can still get through it and that will help later on when I am taking harder Engineering courses later on. The highlights were learning all the different things that go on around you in life that relate to chemistry and are explained that you had no idea about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though the class seems intimidating just relax and pay attention. Go to all the class sessions and ask questions. Also try to think on the positive side when covering material that might be boring to you.
