    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She went into great detail and if you had any trouble she broke it down again so you would understand. Also responded quickly to emails (which isn't easy to find).

    Course highlights:

I have never liked accounting. After taking this class with Mary, I've changed my major to accounting. I learned that accounting it a long process, but I enjoyed it. When you get to the end and everything balances, you feel incredible!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Accounting is a difficult course, and it only gets more challenging as you go. That's why it's important to really understand every aspect of accounting because both the formulas and the definitions are important. In this class, your job is to teach yourself using online tools such as; MyLab and the book or any other literature that's given to you. Class sessions are more of a quick review of everything you should have reviewed beforehand. So, it really helps if you take it upon yourself to put in some extra hours of study time either by yourself or with a teacher or tutor.

    Course highlights:

Perseverance, do's and dont's when it comes to studying and last but not least formulas and definitions.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Get the help if you need it. I made the mistake of trying to learn accounting all by myself. This resulted in me spending longer on studying for this class weekly. This ultimately affected the available study time for other classes. If I would have gone to a tutor or even my teacher after class; I could have managed my study time better.
