    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course with this specific professor it is a breeze and very stress free. I would highly recommend this class if you have extra credit availability.

    Course highlights:

Each class we learned breathing techniques to destress our day to day lives. We also learned about how different things in our lives could be the causes of our stress. With a half an hour at the end of class to go into the gym or take a walk around campus Sherri Wells makes the college experience extremely enjoyable.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The professor I took for this course actually passed away so I would be prepared for reading assignments but not much more. It is literally stress managing.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was an amazing way to learn to relax and get some bonus exercise while still getting college credit. Professor Wells is a very good teacher who is passionate about what she is teaching.

    Course highlights:

The best part of this class by far way the relaxation exercises during each class. I learned all about chakras and common stressors. The class also learned how to destress and pinpoint what our personal stressors are.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All you need is a positive attitude towards the subject and be willing to learn. Do the minimal work and you will have a good time.
