    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this class! The environment is fun and relaxed, but you learn a whole lot at the same time. While this course is not hard, I would not treat it as a blow off either! Show up, and do the work and you will be good to go. The professor is AMAZING. She makes sure you learn everything you need to pass, and she will go as far as including puppets, interactive activities, and stories to help gain understanding and awareness of how the human mind works. I had so much fun and fell in love with Psychology! If I could take this class again I would! Best Intro class I've ever taken, and best professor I've ever had.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this class for me, was definitely the professor. She was kind, knowledgeable, and such a fun professor! Psychology can be hard to deal with sometimes, but she made everything easy to understand and was always available to help us further. Very easy to approach and talk to. I walked into class thinking psychology was crazy people and talking to someone while lying on a couch. I believed every media stereotype there was. Turns out what I thought I knew a lot about, I knew nothing at all. What I learned about the most was on psychological disorders. My professor explained psychological disorders and those who suffer from them in such a simple yet compassionate way that my whole mindset changed. I don't see anyone suffering as dangerous now, but as those who need help. Everyone has a story, things happen, brains work differently... I can't even describe the detail of what I learned. I'll just say it was worth it!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is easier than others, but don't blow it off! While it is possible to pass without reading the textbook, you won't do as well and will be missing out on a lot. Don't try to cheat, be nice to the professor and attend any extra credit opportunities she gives you, just in case!
