Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Akbulut is a straightforward professor who explains things clearly.

    Course highlights:

Learning about game theory was interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take all the practice tests. They are similar to the actual ones.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is for your major, so obviously take it. This teacher is not for you, so don't take her.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course include waking up at 8am every Tuesday and Thursday and showing up to class half dead. I learned that my sleeping schedule is seriously out of sync and marginal revenue equals marginal cost for like nearly everything, but that didn't save me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Whenever you finish a lecture, go back and do the non-graded practice questions. If you don't you will legitimately forget all the stuff you learned that morning, unless it is your only class. This happened to me and I can safely say this is what you MUST do.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

While other students spent approximately 4 hours per week studying for their econ midterms I, along with every other student in Durguner's class, spent over 12 hours completing the required busy work (myeconlab) and studying for the rigorous midterms.

    Course highlights:

Just as every other student in my class reported, they left her class feeling uneducated and less thrilled about attending the prestigious University of Southern California.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take Seda or Senda Durguner. They are the toughest professors and the material in the slides have nothing to do with the tested material.
