    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course gives an incredible perspective of power dynamics and questions what we take for as the status quo

    Course highlights:

The Professor's learning style is unique to him, and while he sometimes looses track of the time and may sometimes go on a tangent, those were my favorite, because he was able to relate ideology with almost every single aspect of life. I learned that the power many people have is not brute force nor monetary wealth, but rather the almost-mechanical control of people's ideology.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely start all readings by reading a summary of the chapter or book in general. The surprise quizzes focus on broader questions. The essay needs a lot of time and an understanding of the course in general. Start every lecture with a Question/Evidence/Conclusion mindset to stay on track
