Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great class for public managers/non-profit org. managers (or those that want to be public managers/non-profit org. managers). Dr. Dora has high expectations, but she gives great feedback and provides a lot of guidance and assistance if you ask for it. Very worthwhile course - I highly recommend it.

    Course highlights:

Real world public administration problem solving/strategic thinking; relationship between organizational culture and public manager's decision making; and an understanding of the relationship between public agencies and the community.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don't fall behind; you are peer-graded on group projects throughout the semester, so make sure to pull your weight.
