Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Everyone tells you that its a difficult course, which it is, because of the peer grading. But, if you are looking to learn, keeping an open mind really helps you develop great business skills.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how teams work better than individuals, different ways on how to organizationally change the structure/culture of a company, different types of leadership styles, and how to motivate employees.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes during the video lectures so that the case notes and memos take less time.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is a Marshall requirement, but I would definitely recommend taking it with Anicich. He's funny and made lecture at 8pm entertaining. Lots of busy work, but that's consistent across 304.

    Course highlights:

The personality quizzes are cool and are a good break. Learned a lot about power and how to lead more effectively.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For the midterm and final, memorize as much as you can. The more you know, the better you'll do on the tests, since they're basically info dumps.
