Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It is a lot of work and the professor is very unclear. He tried to do a 'flipped classroom' which basically meant he did not teach us, he expected us to learn all of the material at home by watching videos and reading, which would be okay if it were not hours of videos after every class. Very confusing directions and organization for homework, projects, classwork, etc.
The actual class content is fairly interesting. There is a lot of information to learn about the nervous system and this class attempts to tackle a good portion.

Advice for students:
Work with your groups; the professor does not give a lot of helpful advice. Quizzes are mostly based on some random figure that he might have emphasized during class. A lot of students did not use Piazza, but if you do make use of it, you will find you may get some clarification (emphasis on 'may,' other students can answer your questions through the Piazza forum).
