Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great course for those who love photography. Students learn a lot about how to operate a digital camera, how to properly use Photoshop and how to make photo prints. The lessons on the features of the camera are very useful and in depth, giving the student a good repertoire of vocabulary and useful tips regarding the camera.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the freedom we were given to use our cameras. We were given the ability to explore and the push the boundaries of what a camera can take pictures of. I learned how changing a couple of settings can change the mood and effect of a picture easily. One subject can be portrayed in many different ways through the various operations of the camera.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed you must come with an open and creative mind. Be willing to push your limits and think outside the box. Take notes and absorb the information well. The technical details will help a great deal and once you remember those than you can explore the more creative aspects of photography.
