    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is in the first semester of Nursing school and is critical for the rest of your career. Professor Spencer no longer works at SVSU but it's a very critical class for the rest of your nursing school! Really try and understand the diseases that you are learning because it will help you for the rest of your career!

    Course highlights:

The class is very hard and highlights many diseases and disorders. It is very important to learn the basics of Pathology for the rest of your nursing career. Focus mostly on common diseases like Diabetes and CHF, but know basics of all!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Flashcards! Highlight! Cheat Sheets! (Pinterest!) Read the books! You learn so much from them! Read them before class then if you have any questions during class you will be ready. Most of your nursing knowledge on diseases will come from this one class.
