    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

My in goal is to own my own hotel, and I found the information in this class to be very viable. There are so many laws in this industry, and you may not know each one of them to the letter, but it help to be aware of them.

    Course highlights:

The court cases that are in the book are very interesting. Some of the stories seem too funny to be true. While others seemed too foolish to go to court. From these readings, I learned that if you follow the laws that are put in place it will the organization provide a great experience for their guest.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As a future hotelier, I feel that this course is very important. When taking this class you will need to understand that these laws are for the benefit of both the organization and the guest. It is also great to be up to speed on the laws that govern the hotel-restaurant-tourism industry.
