    A simple and straightforward course with an understanding and knowledgeable professor

    Course highlights:

    I learned everything from Microsoft Office programs, to Windows 10, to the ins and outs of hardware, software, and the Internet and other networking concepts.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you have used computers most of your life and pursued any knowledge of their inner workings through practice or research or casual conversation, you will excell at this course. Just be sure, as with any course, to ask when you don't know and get used to sending emails- and without excessive details, you'll usually only get simple replies.

    Cynthia was a great teacher, made boring material fun to learn and taught in a simple but effective way that was easy to grasp the concepts.

    Course highlights:

    I gained Microsoft application experience along with a wide variety of history and information of computer systems, security and networks.

    I would pay attention and show up everyday to class.
