    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Carr was very informative and detailed. She did not need to slow the class down to explain concepts multiple times as she was able to present the information the first time in a way so that everybody could understand.

    Course highlights:

    Classification of food. Whats actually healthy foods vs not healthy. How to read nutrition labels.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Whether a requirement or a supplement, this course would be the way to go if you are going into any sort of medical field. It will help you be able to appropriately identify gaps in nutrition that may contribute to a patients condition.

    This course is very fun to take you have a lot of involvement with you classmates and the teacher is absolutely amazing.

    Course highlights:

    Highlights of this course was nutrition. I learned about different vitamins and nutrients that you need as a human.

    Just make sure you study and do the work to the best of your ability.

    This entire semester I have learned about my own health, and how to advise my family. I know the things I have learned will help me in my future nursing classes.

    The weekly projects gave me hands on experience I will need for the future.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    It is important to log into the class everyday. Print the weekly assignment and weekly discussion. Print due dates to stay on top of your work.
