    Course Overview:

    The course provides students with strategies, theories and calculation tools that are necessary to succeed in the supply chain management.

    Course highlights:

    This course is the catapult for those students that want to continue their studies in Global Supply Chain management. You are taught lots of elements that you will need in the other GSC courses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Homework and participation in class is very important. I found that the extra credits given are extremely helpful for those students that want to obtain an A.

    Course Overview:

    It is a good introductory course to the field and covers all departments giving a general overview of each. The class is straightforward and easy to manage with the coursework, along with working in groups focusing on networking skills.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were how the professor applied her own experiences in the field to what we were learning, as well as forcing us to network with our peers in order to have future contacts.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Come to class to listen to the lectures and do the practice problems that she gives you to learn how to use the equations.

    Course Overview:

    Dr. Greer is an excellent professor. She'll provide you with several extra credit opportunities that will improve your grade and also allow you to further understand the material.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to forecast the demand of your product/service, i learned how graph and interpret control charts, I learned the procure-to-pay cycle, I learned how to create a strategic sourcing strategy.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go into the course with an open mind and please do not let the math formulas you come across overwhelm you.
