    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is an interesting insight into the history of Detroit. Be aware that the class is more about interpreting information and how to think analytically than the city of Detroit itself, and it can be very enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

It was very interesting to see the way that Detroit grew, and the way that cities can reflect the personality and ideals of the people that inhabit them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in lecture, and do the readings for each week. This will allow you to perform very well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This discussion course is an amazing opportunity for Honors students. Not only do you get to discover Detroit and its beauty, but you also get to discuss extremely important topics and political issues.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about Detroit's history, stereotyping and racial/gender segregation. The class also was a challenge and really developed my critical thinking skills.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would definitely take it and really read and highlight the readings.
