Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Although this course was online, it wasn't any easier than a regular lecture class. In fact, although it was online, we had more opportunities to increase our grade. The professor was very understanding and willing to help his students in any way he can.

    Course highlights:

This course has taught me many different types of technical writing. I have never even thought of writing a proposal but this course has taught me that technical communications is just as important as regular writing and verbal skills.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just because this is an online course, doesn't mean that it will be any easier than a regular lecture class. You have to complete the readings and assignments. Since this is an online course, you have to be responsible for keeping things organized and remember to complete the assignments. If you do need help, don't hesitate to ask for it. The professors are very considerate and will provide help in any way they can.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I think that this class was really interesting, but the only thing I had a problem with was that it was online and that I shouldn't have taken it online. I really love english, and I think that Amy is a fantastic teacher, but the workload is a lot and I think it's hard to learn through technology and without face-to-face interactions.

    Course highlights:

This class was really helpful because it helped me learn how to write a resume. A lot of people in my generation are terrible at resume writing and can't tell a resume from a two-component report. I like that I'll be able to go into my discourse with experience.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you start your work early! The biggest thing that I found a problem was that I waited and waited to do my work, I learned the hard way to start early.
