Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course isn't just a class to blow off it actually helps with everyday life. This class talks about the things that we as students go through everyday. It provides for us different tactics to use and how we should go about certain situations. As college students, the statistics are higher with us when it comes to stress, mental disorders and our overall health.

    Course highlights:

I learned about stress, mental disorders, health, and other categories through everyday life. I learned the to the extent on how important our health is and what we should do everyday to improve it. I also learned the extent of disorders and I've learned to be more aware of people around me. In this course we also took two assessments and those enlightened me more about myself than I knew.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking this course you should be open to new things and very open-minded. The course isn't hard but it isn't easy. You just have to maintain the information.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend choices in living, I feel like I learned a lot of things that can apply to my life as well as my future. I loved going to the class because we would have visitors come in and relate to what we are discussing during class. Most of the topics we touched base on were very relatable, like nutrition, sleep, and exercise.

    Course highlights:

I think my favorite part of choices in living was when we had a guest speaker come in and talk about yoga. She was so inspiring and she motivated me to believe that I am good enough just the way I am and I don't need to change for anyone, even myself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I would give students who are considering choices in living is that attendance is very important, it is a grade as well as all the information you need to know for the exams are covered in class.
