Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is amazing and opens your eyes to what your body truly needs in life. Great class to take, so informational, even if you're not fully in tune with what your body needs, this class helps you get on the right track and look at what you're putting in there.

    Course highlights:

I gained so much information. I find myself watching what I'm putting into my body and how I'm treating myself on different levels. Physically, emotionally, and mentally has shaped me into a more mindful person who really cares about themselves and others now.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just listen to the lecture and do your modules. It's not hard if you just listen and actually put in an effort. Without the effort or the assignments getting done, you will not pass easily. If you do, this class is a breeze.
