    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class. I do so because it is the hardest com class you will take and also the first one you should take. I like that the hardest one is your first one so you can really decide if you want it or not.

    Course highlights:

Public Speaking is a high light. They really teach you how to come out of your shell.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you're ready to come to class, pay attention, and ready to public speak.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this course! The Professor was so personable and very helpful! The TA's also were easy to understand and easy to talk to when you needed help!

    Course highlights:

This course was a great intro into public speaking! I learned a lot about different presentation styles and skills to make me a better public speaker! A high light would be Chad Edwards! He made every lecture enjoyable!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

READ THE BOOK!!! The tests were over like real life situations, not definitions or anything! Reading the book would definitely help you get more situations in your head for the test!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was not very engaging. If you're interested in learning in depth about communication it's be best to take a course like taboo topics with Dr. Orbie. That's a class that will really help you connect with learning. This is more of a basic course.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course was that it wasn't very long,

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class energized! It's not very boring so stay awake. Also, read! You must read your textbook and do all the assignments for 100% accuracy.
