    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class taught me how vital intercultural communication is in not only the work place, but in life in general.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to be a more effective communicator but learning how to communicate across different cultures

    Always come to class and take very detailed notes!

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this course because it is useful in understanding concepts in communication that are a part of current events. It was helpful in learning about different perspectives on a topic so that dialogue is more efficient.

    Course highlights:

    By taking this course I learned how to understand different perspectives on a myriad of topics that are all in the current news cycle. From familial communication to ethnic communication, many types of communication are studied in this course with real life examples from people that the professor has personally met. The stories he share are fascinating and illustrate examples very well.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    The class is geared around a level of acceptance of all kinds of view points even if they are technically wrong. I advise everyone to take this course to keep an open mind.
