Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great class if you want to learn how to improve your behavior or the behavior of those around you. It's a great basis for Behavioral Psych as well!

    Course highlights:

Quizzes every week! I know, I know, this doesn't sound fun. BUT you learn a lot more, and there are no exams!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY STUDY STUDY! Know your book and your vocabulary.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

In this course you learn about all type of behavioral analysis techniques and put them to use with your own original examples. Also this class pairs with a rat lab that is the best class you will take in college!

    Course highlights:

My highlights of this course were using original examples for every assignment. By doing this it really helped me learn more about the topic and make me think about all the key concepts and principles of the training technique. I learned various ways on how to train an organism for different results

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read the chapter and study the graphs. The homework is pretty easy and they supply flash cards. Memorize the flash cards and the examples form the book and you will get an A.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course introduces you to an entirely different perspective on psychology and behavior. Behavior analysis is data based, you will find everything that you study is backed by research and numbers.

    Course highlights:

This class covers all the basic principles of behavior analysis. Reinforcement, punishment, escape, as well as some complex concepts such as rule governed behavior, and human sexuality. Weekly packets of homework include application to your own life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I only recommend this course for students who desire a degree in psychology and are open to a strict behavioral perspective. This course does not give much room for students to explore different perspectives.
