Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is a good intro to sociology and to the real world. Having it your first semester of college can be an eye opener to inequalities happening in the world and just how the world works in general.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the discussions that happened almost everyday. We had good discussions about what happened in history and how we see some mistakes being repeated and the professor did a great job at connecting everything we read in the books to what we experience on a day to day. We also had good discussions on ways to fix certain problems.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The main two things, that probably apply to every course, is that when your professor gives you material to read, read it and GO TO CLASS. When going into a textbook, try to go in with an open mind especially with this course because instead of learning math equations and stuff like that you're learning how out world has, is, and will be functioning people wise. Going to class is always important because you can learn a lot from your peers and whenever you have a question you'll be surprised at how many different ways a professor can explain something to you in order for you to understand.
