    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is a prerequisite for the business school and good to get out of the way. If you are struggling make sure to talk to your TA's as well as go to math tutoring.

    Course highlights:

My TA was very helpful and went more in depth into the course material. I did learn a lot about finite math but I also learned that a lot of the work is in your hands. If you study and put in the effort you will get work done and see positive results.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This really depends on how you learn, but I would suggest using all of the resources you have and make sure you do all the work that assigned.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She genuinely cares about her students and provides all of the appropriate resources in order to do well.

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge in three different aspects of mathematics related to business. Linear functions, financials, and probability.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate on studying and actually complete your online homework! It will save you in the long run.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great introduction into the math you will be learning throughout your time at the business college. You will need this course to do well, in the Haworth College of Business. The course in not easy, but do the work and study. You will be able to pass the class easily.

    Course highlights:

The basics to finance, matrices, and accounting. The section they stress the most is the linear programming section. All of what you learn will be applied later on in college!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Flashcards of the terms. You will need to know what formula or term needs to be used. You have to know the general function of the problem. Make sure you have an understanding of all the material before the test.
