Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

First, Doug is the best teacher I've ever had. When I took this class, it was his first class ever – he memorized the class of 50 by face and name by the second class. He expects a lot but it is extremely rewarding. You will know how to write concisely by the end of this class.

    Course highlights:

Identifying the most important pieces of information and summarizing them. Learned different motivation theories and strategies, which dipped into some psychology as well. Great management advice as well, and he sets up several guest speakers who were all great.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just be prepared to study and read and work and write. He expects his students to excel, and they usually do. Tests are short-answer.

You got to study because its very hard to retain information in this course because of the constant change of topics

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to all business majors! MGMT 2500 is a required course in the Haworth College of Business and should be taken with Dr. Intindola! She is very knowledgeable about managerial concepts and has found her calling with being a professor. She keeps students engaged so learning the material is fun. She also brings in guest speakers when their area of expertise is needed to better help her cover a subject.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were unlimited. I learned a lot from Dr. Intindola, she taught our class how to carry ourselves through interpersonal relations. She was very tact and carried herself in a way that all students respected her. If you emailed her, you had a response within a couple of hours (if that). This course was filled with many highlights and learning points.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The biggest piece of advice that I can offer for students taking MGMT 2500 is to be adamant with checking your email. Dr. Intindola uses email as her primary source of communication outside of lecture and keeps you up to date by doing so. I would also advise students to attend her lectures, because not everything is covered in her PowerPoint slides.
