    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's a very easy course. One downside to this class is that your grade is based on attendance, two exams, and 3 papers. Another thing is that there are no words on the powerpoints, just pictures but the guides for notes can be helpful, you just need to pay attention. On the study guides, there are a certain amount of terms but only half of those terms are randomly selected for the exam and you don't know what they will be so it's kinda hard to figure out which five to focus on when you don't know what terms will be picked. An upside to the study guide is at least you get to pick out your essay topic so you can work on that and have that down as well.

    Course highlights:

The colonial period, Alexander Hamilton, Revolutionary War, and First Continental Congress among other things.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make you are there for attendance is it is a chunk of your grade. Another thing is to do good on the papers and exams as your grade is mostly based on those things, so not much at all. And just make sure you pay attention and take good notes. The exams are handwritten so make sure you know as much as possible on everything on the study guides and memorize your essay as much as possible. The more you write for terms on the essay, the more points you will get on that term.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Doctor Hadden grades very hard and every quiz and test is 100% written.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the travels to america and what happened after the settlers arrived.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Focus in class and take detailed notes, you will need them for studying for exams!
